Kill my Stress

Living Stress-free is the new mantra to life.

Do work and stress sound similar to you? If yes, then you need a change!

Everyday is a march to the battlefield with an unrelenting motto to forge ahead. And with this march forward comes ‘work stress’ which eventually becomes a hindrance to your progress, health and life.

Stress- the word rings a bell? Stress is the incapability or failure of a human being to counter the mental, emotional or physical difficulties that takes place in day-to-day life. We may not realize it but problems at work tend to adversely affect our mind. And when change exceeds our normal intake capability, that’s when stress appears. Beware, its recurrence over a period of time can be a threat and can even lead to serious ailments like diabetes and cancer.

Bowl out Stress when you’re working

Do simple exercises at your desk
Sit on the front edge of a comfortable chair or your work chair, keep your back straight with your hands on your thighs and look straight ahead. This simple exercise will not only make you stress free but also make you focused.

Sip green tea
While at work, replace your coffee with Green tea, try and have at least 2-3 cups of green tea. Green Tea has twice the amount of antioxidants as compared to other teas and helps you keep fresh and combat fatigue and stress. At first you won’t like the taste, but pretty soon you will love the aroma of the Green tea.

Settle down with ease
Even a couple of minutes can make a huge difference between frantically rushing to your desk and having time to ease into your day. Running late would add to the daily stress.

Create a schedule
Analyze your schedule, responsibilities, and daily tasks. Strike a balance between work and family life, social activities and solitary pursuits, daily responsibilities and downtime.

Take a break
A little time away from your desk would surely make your work interesting. Take short breaks to sit back and clear your mind. Stepping away from work to briefly relax and recharge will help you be more, not less, productive.

Secure your life
In today’s world, life is uncertain. The least you can do to have a stress free life is leave the worries to an expert to handle. A premium life insurance will seal your future so that you don’t have sleepless nights anymore!
